The following are not accepted:

  1. Sex offenders
  2. Pedophiles
  3. Rapists
  4. Murder conviction by exception; circumstances must be reviewed by SA and Advisor with their unanimous vote to put them forward for vote.
  5. Ongoing criminal activity
  6. Ongoing illegal drug use
  7. Certain acts of violence; circumstances must be reviewed by SA and Advisor with their unanimous vote to put them forward for vote.
  8. Human Trafficking

Must have been out of the criminal justice system for at least 1 year and must receive majority vote of officers.

Must be a man

Must be at least 21 years old

Must have or intend to have a 750cc or greater Harley-Davidson or Indian Motorcycle; there are some exceptions.

Must have M endorsement, registration and insurance
